About the Role:
The Community Home Organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Female Candidate to fill a part-time Marketing Volunteer position. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the organization’s mission while gaining valuable professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the public speaker for the organization, representing the organization in various media outlets (radio, television, interviews).
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities for the organization’s products and services.
- Collect data in assigned areas to support organizational initiatives.
- Participate in the procurement process, including negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s online presence through social media platforms.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Chair.
Qualifications:
Education: At least holder of Advanced Level/BAC
Experience: At least one year experience in marketing, sales or related field. (Internships inclusive)
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French (Bilingual)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with social media platforms (preferred)
- A strong commitment to the organization’s mission
